Pest Control Cancellation Policy

We value our customers’ time and the time of our technicians. To provide efficient scheduling and dependable service, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any scheduled pest control service.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge up to the full service amount.
  • If a technician arrives and is unable to complete service due to lack of access, pets not secured, locked gates, or other site-related issues, the visit may be treated as a same-day cancellation and subject to the cancellation fee.
  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in prepayment requirements or removal from the service schedule.

We understand emergencies happen and will review situations on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our office as soon as possible if changes are needed.
